WHAT IS SUPERISM’S RETURN POLICY?

HAPPINESS POLICY - Not happy with it? Return it. It’s easy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your original packing slip and return form filled out for a refund. We will happily refund for any new, non-worn item returned within 30 days of purchase. All products must have all tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way. Any sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.

WHAT IS SUPERISM’S EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you like to make an exchange for a different color or size, please send back the garment(s) you wish to return in their original unworn condition with attached tags and packaging, include filled out return/exchange form and send to address above. Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase. Superism is not financially responsible for shipping charges on exchanges back to our headquarters. All exchanges are depending on existing stock. Any sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.

WHAT IF I PURCHASED THROUGH A SUPERISM DEALER?

We cannot extend returns or exchanges purchased at a retailer other than superism.co. Please save your retailer receipt.

MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTED. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you believe your item is defected, please email us at help@superism.co with photos and explaining the defect. We will deem the product defect at our discretion. If the product has been misused or care instructions has not been followed then product will not be eligible to claim as defected.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?

All items will be inspected upon return. Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. We will notify you via email when your return is processed and your refund issued. Unless otherwise specified, the refund amount includes only the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes.
